Bridgette is a licensed acupuncturist with a passion for helping others find balance and wellness through Chinese medicine.

She completed her training at Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado in 2022 where she earned a Masters of Acupuncture with a concentration in Chinese herbal medicine. She is a licensed and National Board-Certified Acupuncturist by the NCCAOM. She completed over 2,000 didactic and clinical hours of study in areas ranging from muscular skeletal issues, anxiety, emotional wellness, digestive health and more. Her approach to acupuncture combines classical techniques with modern understanding, aiming to treat not just symptoms but the whole person.

She enjoys incorporating various modalities that Chinese Medicine has to offer, such as cupping to promote blood flow and relieve muscle tension, gua sha for reducing inflammation and enhancing circulation, moxibustion (moxa) to stimulate healing through the application of heat, and many other techniques tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Outside of the clinic, Bridgette enjoys park hangs, diving into a good book, or flowing through a yoga session. She loves dancing with friends, dining out at Denver’s amazing restaurants, and laughing with friends over a delicious meal. Deep conversations about life, meditation, and continuing her education in Chinese medicine are some of her favorite ways to spend time.

Bridgette believes that healing is a journey we take together, and is here to support her patients every step of the way. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, stress, or just looking to improve your overall well-being, she is excited to collaborate with you to achieve your health goals.
